Does anyone know what happened to Elektra? Just watched the movie and am wondering what the he'll happened to her after the movie.

Spike encounters Cherious's agent Elektra Ovilo and attempts to capture Vincent, but Vincent throws him off a train and then releases another cloud of nanomachines. Everyone else on the train dies, except for Elektra, who was immunized when in a relationship with Vincent.
