The Communist Party of China is about to hold its much-delayed third plenum, traditionally a time for unveiling major economic strategies for the next five to 10 years.
Chinese shares closed broadly lower as investors focus on the most important political economy meeting, the Third Plenum, starting Monday for more signals on the country's five-year plan.
The bill now needs to pass final voting in the Knesset plenum, after which it will become law. The coalition intends to pass it into law prior to the Passover recess that begins on April 2.
