ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- ECAT bus driver Willie Carter Jr. was recognized for 50 years of service this week. Carter has driven more than 3 million miles since he started his career in 1974.

Due to severe weather forecasted for today, March 15, we will suspend bus service at 2 p.m. The last bus will depart from ECAT at 12 p.m. Normal operations will resume Monday, March 17.
