An outbreak at Bayfield Manor last month could have been much worse if not for the long term care home’s stringent pandemic protocols. The Manor was in outbreak status from January 18 to January 29.

City crews will be performing snow-removal operations in the downtown area during the overnight hours starting Sunday night.
