hi, im not good with kilometers and all that, but it's just 5-10 minutes away from town, and a tricycle ride will only cost you 50 pesos (good for 2-3pax) per way. tricycle drivers offer tours starting at 300-600 pesos for whole day city tour, depending on the places you want to visit. Bonbon beach is just a plain beach, no hotels/inns available, so i guess you would have to go to tiamban beach instead.
