Actually, Tingko Beach is a public beach.You can go there for free. However, if you use the entry by a private property located to the north, then you'll be asked to pay P20. Use either …

Actually, Tingko Beach is a public beach.You can go there for free. However, if you use the entry by a private property located to the north, then you'll be asked to pay P20. Use either the narrow path beside the perimeter wall of Voda Krashna to the right or the short concrete stairway located near the Bantay Dagat house to the south. That private property is not supposed to collect an entrance fee and it's illegal. But seems like the Alcoy LGU isn't able to penalize the owner for so many years that they've been doing that. To avoid paying, use the suggested entryway above.
