Monorail is air conditioned. The free bus shuttles are all open air. You can also just walk to many places on Sentosa. There is also a covered boardwalk to/from Sentosa to Vivo City on the mainland which takes about 15mins to walk.

Since you are coming by Cable car , you should alight at imbiah lookout to first visit Madam Tussads Museum. Trick eye is located at resort world sentosa, so from Imbiah lookout you can either reach resort world by monorail or by the sentosa bus service. Monorail station is just opposite the merlion statue on Imbiah lookout.
