Hi. Looking toward a visit to Riverstar. I'm concerned about Tiffany R's post: "not much luck why because thy keep over the required 25% of your money you put in the machines so they are in violation of the contract with the fed and treasuary dept dont beliveme check it for yourself it is wide open." So, going beyond her spelling and grammar, I'm interested in the basics of Riverstar's contract with "the Feds and the Treasury Dept". What is the wording of the required 25% of money put in, and what is the status of Riverstar regarding this contract with "the Feds and the Treasury Dept". My wife and I were really looking forward to visiting Riverstar, especially with all the raving reviews about it's newness, low smoke environment on weekdays, good food at the restaurant, and super friendly staff.
