Due to the pandemic, has the park limited the number of guests? And if so---what time should we arrive to guarantee we can get in?

No they haven’t to my knowledge reduced visitors. I believe the capacity is based on parking. We went on a Saturday last month(July) arrived around 1030 am and parking was plentiful.
