I do not believe there is an ATM machine at Ramla Bay. Services at the location are basic. I would recommend using ATM in Gozo before you get to Ramla bay. Hope this helps

Not directly. All buses run through the city of Victoria (Rabat), so you would need to get a bus from Mgarr (Imgarr) to Victoria and then a bus from there to Ramla. It doesn't take long though, what with the Island being so small. At present the bus between Victoria and Ramla is the 302 but I'm not sure which one is between Imgarr and Victoria.

I went from the left side of the beach (watching the sea) by foot over the rocks to climb upwards to the so called Calypso Cave.At this cave busses full of tourists are told the myths of this cave. One of the stories is that the cave was used as part of a defence line, holding soldiers in the watch tower (this could be related to your question) The most intriguing story is the one that Homers used this cave to write down the story of Odypus where he was kept by the witches nymphs of the island that sang ships to shipwrecks. Whatever is true, I am a geocaching and metal detector fan and I pitted the fact that I did not have my strong magnet with me. The rocks on the coastline and on the coast don't look handmade or part of man built constructions. I read nothing about ship or wreck diving and besides a seaweed field about 100 meters out of the coast you don't see rocks or reefs in the water. Hope this helps a bit. René
