Great short walk around the “swamp”. The boardwalk is in good shape. Make sure you have bug spray and yes, there are alligators in the pond. candzfish的完整评论

This short walk was awesome. We saw every bird they said was possible. It was beautiful and an easy walk for all of my kids from 6 to 6 months. We also saw a handful of alligators and several turtles austinblando32的完整评论

While we were walking the trail I truly don’t recall seeing people w/dogs on the boardwalks or other walkways. May have been there, but I was paying attention to the birds. There were folks w/nice cameras trying to get that special shot, and most others were fairly quiet, trying not to disturb all the birds and so on. I also don’t see any specific guidance on their or Port Royal’s website, but you can easily google, or just enter into your browser, either Port Royal or Cypress Wetlands, if you want to call to be certain. (Note: I tried to enter the links to both, but apparently TripAdvisor doesn’t allow HTML letters, links, etc., when answering or asking a question.)
Not really. There is free parking on the streets and it's usually accessible during the week. I haven't been up there on any weekend so I can't speak for that.
