The only day that a dinner and show was not provided was on Sunday- but that was in July. Perhaps they have made recent changes.

I’m sure it would be. When we went it was only the two of us and the driver in a small bus, but we did the winter tour so it wasn’t very busy. He did several stops on the way to and from Mt Rushmore for photo opportunities, and then you have a set time to wander around at Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse.
