From the cruise port/stop area, what’s the easiest method of getting to the museum.

It's a bit late, but the trolley tour that lets you hop on & off has this place as one of their 13 stops. There are usually coupons online that'll get you a few dollars off of the trolley ticket.

I assume they would be open during Fantasy Fest...all the attractions are open as I remember. Fantasy Fest is a great adult experience.
