Yes of course, the walk to the waterfall is not tricky at all! There is also a shallow water area that is calm if they want to swim.

Our driver parked on the side of street about 3 min from the walkway entrance to the waterfall. There is an easy 10 min walk downhill on a paved walkway with steps. I think a two year …

Our driver parked on the side of street about 3 min from the walkway entrance to the waterfall. There is an easy 10 min walk downhill on a paved walkway with steps. I think a two year old can do it. May need to be patient with her if she gets distracted though. My 20-year old took a while to get down as she was busy taking photos :)
