The signs only mention no bicycles, but if you look at the actual park rules on line at the Denver city website, rollerblading and skateboards are prohibited. They do ticket.

Between 5:00 and 6:00 each night, dog owners who like to skirt the law can be seen gathering at the north end of the park, usually far away from other people, socializing their dogs.
