Do you actually book times for your activities when you get there or do you wait around? Looking for answers from people who have been there recently.

We were there with a Royal Caribbean cruise. After we arrived at the resort, they broke us up into groups. Some go do zip lining, some float the river or do other activities.
How are the zip lines at adventure falls in Falmouth Jamaica? Do you go super fast and are you really high? If a person if afraid of highest could they still do this and be ok

It was my first time and I was scared and it was fine! The staff is amazing and made me feel comfortable and safe the whole time. Do it !
